In this team building day you will learn that Chocolate
was exclusively for drinking until the early Victorian era, when a technique for making solid 'eating' chocolate was devised.
Throughout its history, whether as a cocoa, a chocolate beverage or confectionery treat, chocolate has been an extremely sought
after food, which is why this experience is essential for all you ‘chocoholics’.
This workshop is designed specifically for groups of 8-200, and consists of demonstrations with hands on designing
and making of chocolates. This event can be run in house, in a conference room or a private demonstration kitchen.
